Your first visit, start to finish.

The hour, minute by minute
- Before
Denise texts you a link
One short form per person. About ten minutes, from the couch or the car line. She checks your insurance the same day and texts back what you’ll owe.
- 0:00
You walk in, we already know your name
No clipboard. If it’s a Family Morning, everyone heads straight down the hall to their chair.
- 0:05
X-rays, the low-dose digital kind
A full set on your first visit, then only what we need after that. Kids get the two or four that matter for their age.
- 0:15
Cleaning with Kayla or Mo
About 35 to 40 minutes. They’ll tell you what they’re seeing as they go, and they don’t lecture.
- 0:50
Your dentist comes to you
Ten minutes with Dr. Ybarra, Dr. Marsh or Dr. Quintero. Your X-rays are on the screen in front of you, not behind your head.
- 1:00
You leave with a plan and a price
If anything needs doing, it’s written down with what it costs and what insurance covers. Nothing gets done today you didn’t say yes to.
