You won’t see us. You’ll hear from us by 6 a.m.

Nightjar cleans offices, clinics, schools and new construction across the Oklahoma City metro after you lock up. Then the crew lead sends you the sheet: what got done, what we found, who set the alarm.

Ballpark your building before anyone visits.

Most facilities managers want a number before they’ll give up 40 minutes for a walkthrough. Fair enough. These are the same per-foot rates we quote on the phone.

What kind of building?

Not sure? Your lease or the building engineer will have it. Leave out the parking garage.

What “cleaned nightly” actually means.

This is the scope in every proposal, line for line. Each crew carries color-coded microfiber, so the cloth that wipes a toilet never touches a desk.

Offices
3,000 to 120,000 sq ft, single or multi-tenant. The same crew every night, named on every sheet.
Medical and dental
Exam rooms and operatories cleaned with EPA-registered disinfectant, dwell time logged, crews trained on bloodborne pathogens.

New construction
Rough, final and touch-up cleans for general contractors. That’s Marcus’s crew, below.

We don’t do houses, apartments or move-out cleans. Offices at 2 a.m. are what we’re good at.

The night before turnover or the CO inspection. Footprints, fingerprints, the last of the dust.

“Send me the punch list and the day the inspector’s coming. I’ll walk it with your super and tell you the crew size that afternoon.”

Replies to the sheet.

  • Re: Morning sheet, Thu Sep 12

Our last company skipped the third floor for two weeks and nobody told us. Your sheet flagged a running toilet in 312 the first week. That’s when I stopped checking up on you.

Karen M.Property manager, three-building office park, north OKC
  • Re: Morning sheet, Tue Oct 8

Eleven operatories. They know not to touch the trays, they log the sharps containers, and the crew lead texts me if the sterilization room door is propped.

Priya S.Practice manager, dental office, Edmond
  • Re: Final clean, clinic finish-out

22,000 sq ft. Marcus walked my punch list Thursday, nine people Friday night, inspector Monday morning. Window tracks, diffusers, every sticker off the glass. No callbacks.

Why there’s a sheet.

I ran the overnight cleaning crew on a hospital floor for nine years. The rule there was simple: if it isn’t on the sheet, it didn’t happen. I started Nightjar in 2014 with one floor machine and two buildings off the Broadway Extension, and I kept the rule.

Nobody fires a cleaning company over price. They fire them because they found out from a tenant. So you hear it from us first, every morning, signed by the person who did the work. Luz has done the third floor at Westbrook since 2021. If she’s out, you’ll know who’s covering before you get to work.

Questions facilities managers ask first.

Do you clean houses or apartments?

No. Offices, clinics, schools and new construction only. If you need a home cleaner, call us anyway and we’ll tell you who we’d hire.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. All 41 cleaners are on our payroll, background-checked and badged. Keys and fobs are signed in and out every night, and it’s on the sheet.

What happens if something’s missed?

Reply to that morning’s sheet. We re-clean it within 24 hours, no charge, and the next sheet says it’s done.

Is there a contract?

A 30-day agreement, no annual lock-in. The first month includes two supervisor walk-throughs with you or your building engineer.

Do you bring supplies?

Chemicals, microfiber and equipment, yes. Paper towels, tissue and liners at our cost, or you supply them.

How soon can you start?

Usually 7 to 10 days after the walkthrough. Post-construction cleans need about 48 hours’ notice.

Book a walkthrough.

About 40 minutes with you or your building engineer. We measure, ask about your tenants and your alarm, and send a fixed monthly price in writing within two business days.
